-This is a sample that i made on illustrater i used thiis were i could experiment on all the tools that were available on illustrater.I used a variety of colours and alos pattern, illustrater is something like photoshop where you could use the pattern aswell as the colours.

*What effects the fashion in the 1900s?
-Jobs,Celebrities.
-When they have to buy army uniform`s for the men the have less money which hey they van`t buy clothes properly.

*What do they like about the 2013 fashion?...What do you expect of the stores? Such as clothing?
-I like the style of the clothes and what i expect now from the stores is winter clothing as it is winter.

*How do the celebrities effect fashion?
-They don't dress normal but they also get the latest trends.

*What are the world events in the year 2013?
-The world event in 2013 were the politics.

*Who is your celebrities idol?..How does he/she inspire you?..what's your favourite outfit he/she wears?
- Taylor Swift..She dresses appropriate and casual. Music:Style of clothing. My favourite outfit that she wears is light blue jeans,Boots,Woolly top.

-The celebrities effected the fashion because they would influence me in a good way (wear the style of clothes that the celebrities would wear).

*What do they like about the 2013 fashion?...What do you expect of the stores? Such as clothing?
-The colours they have started to use and the pencil dresses, winter, spring, summer collection.

*How do the celebrities effect fashion?

-The clothing that they would wear and the style that they would wear them.

*What are the world events in the year 2013?

-Princess Diana past away and that effected everyone because she was the "Queen of heart's" she had a beauty about her evening gown and the normal casual clothes.

*Who is your celebrities idol?..How does he/she inspire you?..what's your favourite outfit he/she wears?

-Princess Diana...because in the mid 90s she was well known for who she was, her elegance, the way she walked, and talked, the way she wore off the clothes and jewellery. She was very unique. My favourite outfit that she had worn was a long evening gown.

Compare:
-In the 1990s alot of the people were into princess Diana but my friend khadeaja isn't she is into more of the modernise celebrities such as Taylor swift. Both of the people who i interviewed said the same this were i asked them the question such as "What do they like about the 2013 fashion?...What do you expect of the stores? Such as clothing?" and both of there answers were the exact same for example they said they would expect a winter type of season from the clothes shops if they ever went to one.My Mum liked Princess Diana because of her "elegance, and for who she was", were as my friend shumi likes Taylor swift because of the way she dresses casual.The decade that i would prefer to live in is the 2013 the reason being is because everything is modernise were as back in the 1990s they wouldn't tend to have that many famous people and as now they have alot of trendy people.

50 Years Of Everyday Fashion...

1) What is in fashion in the 1940s?
-"Stortages of leather and petrol rationing meant that thick cork wedge and sturdy shoes were the most practical so we could walk in comfort".
2) What jobs did the women do in the year 1940s?
-"It became much more the norm to wear trousers as your clothes had to be practical is you were working in a factory or on a farm".
3) How did the war effect fashion?
-"As war shortages bit harder, decorationg our clothes with unnecessary pleats, buttons, bows, belts, extra pockets, fancy stitching and embroidery was deemed an unpatriotic act and eventually made illegal".
4) What Is Rationing?
-"I fear that unless suppies are increased or the distribution of existing supplies is equalized (which mean rationing)".
-The name of the magazine were i got all the information is "50Years Of Everyday Fashion"

Fashion in The 1940s....

-In the year 1940s there was the world war in the time. And this was were all the men were at the war and the government had to spend the money on to there clothing for the army...so the women started to work in a factory for example "It became much more the norm to wear trousers as your clothes had to be practical is you were working in a factory or on a farm". In this quote it shows that all the jobs that were for the men the women had to do, due to the fact the they was in the war. In the factory the women had to get either there own clothes or they husband old trousers and they used some of the trousers and cut them own and use them into some parts of the dress. They would also make accsesories for the women such as hats and gloves out of the material that they would have left."The government ran classes in how to turn old curtains, furnishing fabrics, men`s trousers, evan pillowcases and sheets into wearable dresses, skirts and blouses". In this quote it shows us that the women had to wear ther clothes for quite a while and after wearing them for a while they would make do and mend, This means they would change the dresses such as the design, patterns, style. In the magazine 50 years of everyday fashion it shows that "Sixty-five years ago it was what we did to ensure our families looked respectable and kept families warm" This means that they used to make sure that the men and women used to keep warm for example if it was cold, It also says that they would make them dress respectfully this means that they would wear long dresses to keep covered and not show of to much of their body parts.

My Opinion...
- The fashion in the 1940s i liked the way the women would work in the factory because if the mens would do it the women would stay home so this was like abit of an excuse for the women to work. I liked the way the women would design the old clothes and turn them into new clothes which would make them last longer.

Kate Middleton :

-My fashion icon is Kate Middleton the reason why i like Kate is because of the way she dresses and the way people would say she is "quite a good role model".In the Oldham life Magazine is says that "Kate is a role model that most parents would prefer their children to be like" I agree with this quote because of the way the parents have started to think positivly toward the celebrities. However they have also said in the magazine that "kate is seen for working in charities" This is the quote that i mainly disagree with the reaosn being is because the media people do not know if miley cyrus is giving money towards the charity an they are just pinpointing bad stuff towards her.In the article BBC news "Are there really 'rules' to what to wear?" it says "You don`t want different parts of your outfit competing for attention, This quote is trying to say that ther are alot of people who tend to show of their body parts but where as kate she wouldn`t do anything like that because she has tended to dress smart...

Miley Cyrus:

-The reason why miley isn`t my fashion icon is becauyse of the way she has started to make song video`s half naked or evan fully naked. Which isn`t isn`t a good influence as she did make a Hannah Montanna series on Disney channel.In the Oldham Article is say`s that "Miley doesn`t present herself appropriatly in the media" i agree to this statement the reason being is because of the way she has started to present herself in front of the media.In the article it also states that miley "Parties" but where as kate "she has more class" with these two statement i don`t agree the reason being is because they are saying bad things about miley cyrus and theyt are trying to say that kate is the more better one. Basically they are trying to say that miley is more informal where as kate is more formal, I think miley in formal she is good but in the article they are trying to say she is bad i do agree that she will start to make naked video`s which isn`t right cause miley cyrus is like a role model for the kids but whereas now she is like a bad influence for the kids. I also think that the children have stopped watching alot of things about her.
